About Sauna Shop
Sauna Shop Ltd is a UK retailer of saunas, sauna heaters, steam generators and cold plunges. We sell the equipment that Scandinavian and North American makers have refined over decades, and we deliver it anywhere in the UK for one flat price.
What we believe
A sauna is not a luxury gadget. Used three or four times a week it becomes the most-used room in the house, which is why we care about the boring parts: heater sizing, timber grade, ventilation, and whether a spare element will still be available in ten years. Everything we list is something we would install ourselves.
What we do for you
- Check the room, the electrical supply and the access route before a large order is dispatched.
- Stock genuine spares and controls for the heaters we sell.
- Answer by live chat, WhatsApp, phone and email, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm UK time.
- Follow UK consumer law to the letter: 14-day cancellation, refunds within 7 working days, 30-day right to reject faulty goods.
