How much is delivery?
£274 per order to UK mainland addresses, whatever you buy and however many items. Orders of £5,000 or more are delivered free.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders in 1–3 working days and the courier takes 3–6 working days, so plan for 4–9 working days. Large items come on a pallet and we phone to book a day.
Can I return something I ordered by mistake?
Yes. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, send it back unused in its packaging, and we refund within 7 working days of receiving it. Full details in the returns policy.
What size heater do I need?
As a rule of thumb, 1 kW per cubic metre of room volume, adding 1–2 kW for glass walls or uninsulated surfaces. Use the heater power filter in the shop, or send us the room dimensions and we will recommend one.
Do I need an electrician?
Yes. Electric heaters and steam generators are usually 3-phase or high-amperage single-phase and must be installed by a qualified electrician under BS 7671 and Part P.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, prices include VAT where applicable and the delivery charge is shown in the basket before payment.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. Contact us for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands and the Channel Islands before ordering.
Can I get spare parts for an old heater?
We stock hundreds of genuine Harvia, HUUM, Saunacore, Scandia and Finlandia parts. Search by part number or send us a photo of the rating plate.
Is there a showroom?

How do I pay?
The accepted payment methods are shown at checkout (to be confirmed by Sauna Shop Ltd). Payment is secure and card details are never stored by us.
