Alba Red Light Therapy | Heritage Sauna®

The Heritage Sauna® Alba Red Light Therapy is a high-performance red and near-infrared light system engineered as a standalone wellness solution for targeted recovery, skin support, and full-body therapy. Built with a dense 300-LED array and delivering over 200 mW/cm² at 6 inches, this panel provides deep, consistent light exposure across a wide treatment area, enabling efficient sessions at home or in professional environments. With customizable wavelength ranges from 480–1060 nm and adjustable pulsing controls, it supports both surface-level rejuvenation and deeper tissue stimulation while giving users precise control over intensity and output.

Designed for durability and ease of use, the Alba Panel features touchscreen, remote, and app-based controls for seamless session management. Its compact 35.8″ × 11.8″ × 2.6″ form and 50,000+ hour LED lifespan ensure long-term reliability. This device is strictly intended for use outside of heat and moisture environments and must never be used inside a sauna, as exposure to high temperatures or humidity can damage the unit and pose safety risks. When used as intended, it serves as a powerful, independent tool for enhancing recovery, circulation, and overall wellness.
